FAQs

General FAQ

We work with children, adolescents, and adults. Many of our clients are managing attention disorders (like ADHD), autism spectrum disorders, developmental disabilities, anxiety, mood disorders, or a combination of these. We also partner with parents, therapists, and pediatricians to create a supportive care team.

We offer only telehealth appointments at this time for flexibility, convenience, and accessibility. You can receive care from the comfort of your home, with the same personal connection and attention you’d expect in person.

Yes. Medication management is one of our core services. We work closely with you (and your child, if applicable) to find the safest, most effective treatment options. Medication is a tool and just one option. It is discussed openly and chosen collaboratively. EVALUATIONS & CARE

Our evaluations are thorough, compassionate, and individualized. We’ll explore your history, current symptoms, goals, and any previous treatment. This process helps us understand how to best support you with therapy referrals, medication, accommodations, or other services.

Referrals & Collaboration

Yes! We maintain a trusted network of therapists, pediatricians, substance use counselors, and other providers. We’ll help you find someone who fits your needs.

Yes — with your permission, we’re happy to collaborate with other professionals in your life. Mental health care works best as a team effort.

Appointments & Logistics

You can contact us by email or text us directly. We’ll respond promptly to schedule your initial consultation.

After scheduling, we’ll send you intake forms and any needed instructions. Please have a list of current medications, relevant medical or educational records, and any questions you want to ask. Come as you are — no pressure or judgment.

For ADHD appointments, we ask that you send any previous testing results or neuropsychological reports prior to your visit.
